We can upload the time file through two standard sap programe

1. Rpteup10

2. Rpteup00

Rpteup10 we use if we are uploading the time file the user pc itself.

Rpteup00 we can upload from time recording application servers also.

E1hrkk1teup is the database table which contains the field of of both info type 0050,& 2011 in a sequential manner.

Go to SE11, and enter E1HRKK1TEUP in the database field & Click on Display

Now make sure that you have a time file in the same sequential field value as in displayed in E1HRKK1TEUP data base table.

Below there is a screen shot of sample time file for your reference.

Save your time file in .txt format.

While Uploading the time file make sure your employee's master data is not locked any where else.

IF find any entries are placed in error pool, go to PT40 to trace out the reason.

Now go to PA30 to check the info type 2011 is updated or not?

Hi Mithun,

Thanks for the right suggestion.

Earlier to post Decoupling of Info type I tried to post that as a document.

But I got notification like as "your point is less you can't post the document", some thing like this,

so i tried with creating in discussion.

Can you please let me know is there any other way to post content as document in scn, I will be

thankful.

Regards,

Prashanti Swain

Hi Prashanthi,

There may be some rules i suggest you to go through the link once. The SCN Rules of Engagement. And regarding the other option for creating document as far as i know there is only one option.

Hope this would clear the doubt.

Regards,

Mithun k
