This is something which i came too know recently, i found it useful. Hope so it is for you all too
We usually tend to get an error message which says that the character count exceeds a particular number. This tends to get irritating at times and we do tend to sit down and start counting the characters in the comment section.
Problem 1:
At times the error is caused because we have been copying the textual content from another source. When one copies the text source and pastes it into another the error triggers of character exceed. This is because along with the text there are various HTML tags which tend to get copied too.
In order to avoid this, copy paste the content into a notepad. This will keep only the text content. Now the text appearing in notepad can be copied which regenerate trigger the character exceed error.
Problem 2:
Character can be in other formats than Native English. This may in return turn out to be count which may be double of the current count. This may arise because the characters hold a double byte weight as compared to the English ones.
